The warranty period starts from the date of purchase mentioned on your invoice or order confirmation email.
Duration may differ based on brand policy:

Logitech: 1 Year Limited Warranty

Havit: 6 to 12 Months, depending on the model

4. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty service:

If required, ship the product to our warranty center for inspection.

Once approved, we’ll repair, replace, or provide a store credit depending on product condition and availability.

Note: Shipping costs for returning faulty items may be borne by the customer unless covered under a specific brand policy.

Software or hardware malfunction under normal use

6. What’s Not Covered

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

Exposure to water or moisture (unless waterproof rated)

Irregular or unstable electric voltage

Physical damage, dents, or burns

Normal wear & tear or cosmetic scratches

Such cases will void the warranty, and repairs will be charged separately.
